The Moves Pilates was founded with a clear vision: to create a space where Pilates feels dynamic, strong, modern, and empowering. After years of teaching across contemporary pilates and fitness spaces, our founder Tanith saw a gap between traditional Pilates and the way people want to move today.

The Moves Pilates offers intelligently programmed classes that support real bodies. Rooted in Pilates fundamentals and elevated through dynamic sequencing, our approach is low-impact and effective. All of our trainers are qualified Pilates instructors, teaching in The Moves Pilates dynamic style. Each instructor brings their own energy and approach, but every class delivers our signature spice™.

We believe movement shouldn’t be one-note. That’s why we offer three distinct class styles - each designed to serve a different purpose and work together to create a balanced, sustainable routine. From slower, alignment-focused flows to dynamic or strength-led sessions, you will find the challenge which is right for you in our classes.

Our 13-mat studio is intentionally designed, big enough to feel the collective energy, small enough for precise coaching and meaningful corrections.
