Our Signature Moves class blends the best of Pilates with dynamic, full-body workout for a side of feel-good fire. Expect controlled flow and funtional movements with optional cardio bursts. We will use playful props like bands, weights, and balls to keep things fresh. Open-level class, full-body workout class with minimal cued breaks aimed to challenge experienced clients. Modifications and regressions will be offered to adapt movements.
